On March 27 to 28, the Project Management Department Deputy Head Yin Hai, Safety Department Head Tong Zhili visited Indonesia to inspect and guide our North Sulawesi project.

During the two days’ time, both Department Heads led a meeting with project managers, focused to project reporting, accompanied by the project team, deepened the construction process, as well as the sub-project quality, schedule, and safety check one by one.

The Project Management Department Deputy Head Yin Hai, toward the Indonesia North Sulawesi project, highly affirmed the current work status and work schedule, and emphasized the issues that should be concerned such as quality, schedule, cost control, and safety by all personnel, and required the project department technical staff to develop good construction record habits, and try to make complete and accurate construction record data. The Safety Department Head Tong Zhili made a conclusion on the safety work, affirmed the outstanding achievement of safety work in Indonesia North Sulawesi Project, however, at the same time also pointed out the potential problem, and required Indonesia North Sulawesi Project to be people-oriented, everybody is built from one self, safety work is in the whole part, not only the safety officer. At the end, both leaders listened to the project management officer’s self summary and the prospect of future work and gave a fair recommendation.
