Since 1980s, under Sinoconst group leadership, Sinoconst5 actively explore overseas market. In Malaysia, contracted SELANGOR 240,000t steel plate coil plant; in Korea, undertook Daewoo Liangshan plant oil pump fabrication line in Fushan city, Qingzhou intake manifold fabrication line, Wenyang automobile axle, Shuanglong 15t truck, bus and van manufacture line and Kunsan Saint-Bain chopped strand mat manufacture line. In Norway, dismantle and erect sand hand equipment, such as SANDI 100, 000t/y paper works. In Guyana, took electromechanical equipment, steel structure fabrication and erection of SKELDON daily 8400t cane-sugar plant. In Thailand, undertook projects of Siam WHG 9100kw EPC and SCG KK3456 & KW WHG. Through frequent close communication and friendly cooperation with foreign experts on technology development, gathered rich experience in international project management and won approval and appraise from clients.
Sinoconst5 pass three-system verification of ISO9001：2000 quality management, GB/T28001-2001 occupational health safety management, ISO14001：2004 environmental management. Compile provincial construction methods of “Cement WHG”, of “Grand theatre Stage Equipment Erection”, of “Cement Plant Ball Mill Installation” （GB50276-2010) and “Crusher, Grinding equipment Erection and Acceptance Code” （GB50276）.
