Duties: the party committee bears the main responsibility for party integrity construction. Party committees at all levels, especially the main person in charge must be firm that not following the building of clean government is a serious sense of dereliction of duty; solving the problem of not willing to catch, not able to catch, afraid to catch, and earnestly bear the main responsibility of building a clean government.

Supervision: Discipline Inspection Commission becomes the party internal special agency, the construction of clean government is duty-bound, and responsibility of supervision shall be fulfilled. To make the clear and implement well the commission supervision responsibility, at all levels the discipline inspection and supervision body must change its functions, method, work style, from a large number of specific issues relieve, to help the party committee to strengthen the party building and organization coordination of anti-corruption work, and to supervise and inspect the relevant department to implement building a clean government task, regular inspection and supervision, strict investigation on corruption problem, focusing the effort on the main business of discipline supervision.
